Directorate of Pension Provident Fund and Insurance(DoPPFI)

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

The state government sanctions pension under the following conditions:

·         State government employee against pensionable post.

·         Completion of qualifying service of minimum 10 years.

·         On voluntary retirement after 20 years of service.

·         Family pension to an eligible member in case of death of employee

          while in service or of the pensioner.

           Note: If service is less than 10 years, only service  gratuity is payable to the employee.
